Eligibility Criteria:

The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Any included paperwork, manuals, warranties, and accessories must be returned along with the product.
The return is applicable only for products that are not defective or damaged. For defective or damaged products, please refer to our Defective Product Return and exchange policy.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the return authorization request. Please provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if your return is eligible.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and paperwork.
Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package using a reputable courier or postal service of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Refund Process:
