Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only via UPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Economy Shipping

  • FREE on orders over $100 (continental US)
  • Delivery: 5-8 business days
  • Tracking included

Standard Shipping

  • Rate: $10.00
  • Delivery: 3-4 business days
  • Tracking included

Express Shipping

  • Rate: $20.00
  • Delivery: 1-2 business days
  • Tracking included

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

Free Shipping

Free Economy Shipping is automatically applied to orders over $100 within the continental United States only.

Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska

We ship to Hawaii and Alaska! However, carrier logistics in these regions require additional specialized handling and routing to ensure your True Board arrives in perfect condition. Because of these operational requirements, we cannot offer free shipping to these states.

Here's what happens: When you enter your Hawaii or Alaska address at checkout, UPS carrier surcharges are calculated automatically and displayed before you complete your order. We pass these actual carrier costs directly to you—no hidden fees, no markups. You'll always see exactly what you're paying.

We believe transparency matters. We'd rather be upfront about shipping costs than surprise you after purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We do not currently ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.

International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the UPS website to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes during peak seasons
  • Address verification issues

We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize delays, but please understand that delivery times are estimates. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your patience if unexpected delays occur.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@thetrueboard.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@thetrueboard.com as soon as possible. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been shipped.
