Board care day
Give it a good rub. Three to a pack.
It's printed right there on the cloth. Wipe the walnut oil on, work it into the grain, buff off the rest, and your board is back to deep honey-gold.
- 3 towels per pack
- Made for oil day
- Wipes up on cook day
In the pack
Three towels. Three jobs.
-
Oil day
Lives next to the walnut oil. Wipe it on, work it in, buff it off.
-
Cook day
Hangs at the grill station to wipe your hands and the board edges while you carve.
-
The spare
There's always a clean one ready while the others go through the wash.
$29.99 for 3 towels
How to use it
Oil day, three moves.
About once a month, five minutes of hands-on work. The same routine as the oil, with the cloth made for it.
-
Dry it off
Wash the board, then towel it dry and let it air-dry all the way. Oil never goes on a wet board.
-
Wipe the oil on
Pour a small puddle of walnut oil and spread it with the grain across the surface, the edges and the juice groove.
-
Give it a good rub
Work it into the grain, let it soak in, then wipe off whatever sits on top. That's it.

Better together
The care kit. Save $10 with the oil.
The towels and the oil are sold separately. Board looking thirsty and the bottle's empty? Add the oil to your 3-pack and watch the towels drop.

How many towels come in a pack?
Three True Board towels, each printed with the TRUE | BOARD mark and "Give it a good rub."
Is the walnut oil included?
No. The pack is three towels. The Premium Walnut Cutting Board Oil (12 oz) is sold separately. Add it with the care kit and you save $10 on the towels.
Do I need these towels to oil my board?
Any clean, soft cloth works. These are made for the job and live next to your oil, so they never end up in the rag drawer.
What do I do with a towel after oiling?
Rinse it out or lay it flat to dry before it goes in the wash. Cloths wet with drying oils like walnut oil can heat up when they sit balled up, so never leave an oily towel crumpled in a pile.
How often will I oil with them?
About once a month for an everyday board, every two months for a weekend one.
